Overview
We aim to provide clear and fair cancellation and refund terms for our car wash services. This policy applies to bookings made with 4youwashing.
Cancellation by Customer

| Cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled service | Full refund of prepaid amount (if any) or no charge if payment pending. |
| Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service | Partial refund (50%) or a cancellation fee may apply to cover logistics. |
| No-show at scheduled time | No refund. Rebooking may require full payment. |
Refunds for Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with the service quality, contact us within 24 hours at infi@4youwashing.com with details and photos (if applicable). We will review and, if valid, offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Re-service (we will return and correct the issue at no extra charge), or
- Partial or full refund depending on the issue and extent of service failure.
How Refunds are Processed
Refunds are processed through the original payment method or as store credit depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times. Bank/processor timelines may vary (usually 3–14 business days).
Exceptional Situations
We may cancel or reschedule services due to severe weather, vehicle access problems, or safety concerns. In such cases we will notify you and offer rebooking or full refund.
Contact & Dispute Resolution
To request cancellation or refund, email infi@4youwashing.com with your booking reference, date, and reason. We will respond within a reasonable time and aim to resolve issues quickly.
